Planning approval is sought to replace existing timber frame casement windows to the front elevation of 22 St Germans Place, Peel together with the replacement of an existing timber door with a upvc door.

The property is not located within the Conservation Area and a number of properties within the immediate area, including the directly adjoining properties, have the benefit of windows and doors of a similar style.

The application is considered to be acceptable.

Peel Town Commissioners advise that they recommend the application be approved.
