### Reasons For Refusal:

1. The demolition of the front boundary wall at Ballaveg, Main Road has significantly altered the character and appearance of the street scene and that of the property itself. It is therefore considered the proposal adversely affects the character and appearance of the street scene to the detriment of the visual amenities of the locality.

**NOTE 1.** Within 3 calendar months of the date of this decision becoming final, the wall must be reinstated, using the same materials, and the site made good.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
