In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19th July 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to Drawing Numbers 06/2169/01A; 02A; 03A, submitted as part of this application and date stamped 31st May 2007.

3. The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was in agriculture in the Island and including the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.

4. All plumbing stacks must be constructed internally.

5. The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.

6. Prior to the commencement of the development, a sample panel of render must be submitted for consideration and approval by the Planning Authority.

NOTE The Planning Committee have indicated that a spar dash finish would be considered acceptable.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Manx Electricity Authority to determine the clearance required from the overhead high tension line or the underground cable which crosses the site.

NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
