In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15 February 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 05/2142/02, 05/2142/04 and 05/2142/05 all received on 18th December 2006.

3. The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.

4. All windows and doors to have timber frames.

5. In the interest of road safety two no. off street parking spaces shall be made available to the proposed two bedroom dwelling.

6. The conversion of the barn may be used only in association with "The Old Rectory" and for purposes ancillary to the use of "The Old Rectory" as a single dwelling house.

NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact IoMWA Customer Services, tel. 69 59 49

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
