In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

**Proposal:** Alterations and extensions to dwelling including the construction of a new attached double garage

- Isle Of Man

which was considered on 19 January 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. Subject to the other conditions in this notice, this permission relates to the alterations and extensions as shown in drawings reference 96/2177/01, -02, -03 and -04 all received on 3rd November, 2006.

3. Further to condition (2) above, no approval is hereby granted to the double garage door as shown in the submitted drawings or the windows in the rear of the garage. The large door as shown must be replaced by two smaller single garage doors and the two windows in the rear of the garage must be replaced by vertically proportioned windows to match those in the main house.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
