In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 21 December 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 01929/1, 01929/2, 01929/3 and 01929/4 all received on 8th November 2006.

3. The room may be used as a therapy room between the hours of 10am and 7pm.

4. No advertisement matter of any description shall be exhibited on these premises without the PRIOR written permission of the Planning Authority (advertisement consent application).

5. This approval relates to the use of one room in the property as a therapy room, as indicated in the submitted plan, date stamped 8th November 2006. The rest of the property must remain as private residential accommodation.

NOTE The Applicant is recommended to consult with Fire Safety Department.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
