### The Town And Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005

TO: Mr. D. K. O'Rourke,
49 Governors Road,
Onchan,
Isle of Man,
IM3 1AZ.

In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the **MINISTER** for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby **REFUSE** the application by you for retention of garden shed to side elevation, 49 Governors Road, Onchan, for the following reasons:-

> "Having regard to the architectural quality and period character of the terraces in the immediate vicinity it is considered that the wooden shed proposed to be retained is an incongruous intrusion in the streetscape and, if retained, would be seriously injurious to the visual amenity of the area".
