Retrospective planning approval is sought for the continued use of a former advocate’s office, as a retails shop at 25 Michael Street, Peel.

The property is located within an area designated as Mixed Use in the adopted Peel Local Plan and the use, which does not necessitate any external alterations, is considered to be acceptable.

It is considered that all parties, who submitted comments, with the exception of the following:

Chief Fire Officer<br/> IOM Newspapers<br/> accord with the requirements of Planning Circular 1/06 and are therefore afforded interested party status.
