In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the enclosure of the open bays to form multi-purpose units as shown in drawing numbers K096/P/10-02 and K096/P/10-01 date stamped 2nd October 2006 and Design Statement prepared Kay Associates Ltd.

3. The units shall only be used as temporary retail/café and refreshments/hospitality suites/office accommodation/storage facilities and workshops in association with events held at the TT Grandstand.

NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Michael Karren), telephone 695957.

NOTE You are advised to contact the Fire Safety Department is discuss Fire Safety Issues.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
