It is proposed to install upvc sliding sash windows to the front elevation of 3 Bridge Street, Peel, replace the front door with a wooden door and frame and install roof lights to the rear elevation.

The property is located within the Conservation Area, and the proposal is considered to be acceptable, and without detriment to the appearance of the street scene.

It is considered that all parties, who submitted comments accord with the requirements of Planning Circular 1/06 and are therefore afforded interested party status.
