Planning approval is sought to replace existing windows to the front and rear of 7 Stanley Road, Peel, a property located within the Peel Conservation Area.

It is proposed to install sliding sash upvc windows to the front elevation, and casement windows to the rear. The proposal is considered to be acceptable.

It is considered that all parties, who submitted comments, accord with the requirements of Planning Circular 1/06 and are therefore, afforded interested party status.
