The site is not within a Conservation Area. #### Proposal The application proposes the installation of replacement windows, replacement and additional door on rear elevation, removal of chimney stacks and creation of off road parking space in rear yard. #### Representations Ramsey Town Commissioners advise that they have no objection The Department of Transport Highways Division have no objection We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application. ### Assessment / Recommendation The proposals would all be acceptable as none would have a detrimental impact upon neighbouring residential amenity or have an adverse visual impact upon the street scene or that of the surrounding area.
