The property Merrieweathers, Ballure Road, Ramsey, is located on the western side of the Ballure Road.

#### Land Use Zoning

The property has been zoned under the Ramsey Local Plan Order 1998 as being within an area of predominantly residential use; the site is not within a Conservation Area.

#### Proposal

The application proposes the erection of a garden shed.

We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application.

### Assessment / recommendation

The proposal will not cause any adverse impacts to the detriment of residential amenity. For this reason the proposal would seem appropriate in this location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval. I consider that the following meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should be afforded interested party status:
