Planning approval is sought for the construction of a 'draught lobby' to the front elevation of the Robinsons Building, Ballapaddag, Cooil Road, Braddan.

The flat roof, part glazed structure is indicated as being located to serve the customer entrance and will not remove parking spaces within the immediate vicinity. The design and material of construction are considered to be in keeping with the existing building and the proposal is considered to be acceptable.
