#### Site

The dwelling Peringa, Windsor Road, Ramsey is part of a pair of single storey semi detached bungalow properties, on a corner plot, located on the southern side of Windsor Road and north of Cowell’s Terrace. The dwelling is within a residential area which comprises of a mixture of two storey and single storey detached, semi-detached and terraced properties.

#### Land Use Zoning

The property has been zoned under the Ramsey Local Plan Order 1998 as being in a predominately residential area; the site is not within a Conservation Area.

#### Proposal

The application proposes the alterations to existing vehicular access, by increasing the width of the existing driveway entrance to 6.7 metres to enable a car to go onto the existing driveway.

#### Representations

We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application.

### Assessment / recommendation

The proposal is a very minor alteration which will not cause an adverse affects to the detrimental of residential amenity or to the visual appearance of the street scene.

For this reason the proposal would seem appropriate in this location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.

I consider that the following meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should be afforded interested party status:
