#### Site

The dwelling Lough Ny Shuin, Ballacowley, Jurby East, is a single storey detached bungalow property which is located on the northern side of Ballacowley.

#### Land Use Zoning / Policy

The property has been zoned within the Isle of Man Development Plan Order 1982 as being within the countryside.

#### Proposal

The application proposes the installation of UPVC windows to front elevation and patio doors to east elevation to match existing

We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application.

### Assessment / recommendation

The installation of three new uPVC top hung windows to the front elevation (match existing) and replacement of the existing patio door again like for like (design & size) will have no adverse impact to the detrimental of the property or that of the surrounding area.

For the reasons stated above the proposals would seem appropriate in these locations and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.

I consider that the following meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should be afforded interested party status:

- Department of Transport Highways Division
