## Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the photographs, the Site Plan, the Location Plan date stamped 2nd June 2006 and 1:10 detail drawings date stamped 27 September 2006.

3. Prior to the commencement of works, a sample window must be approved by the Planning Committee.

This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
