In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18 August 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the location plan and drawing no.s 01004/2 date stamped the 14th June 2006.

3. Prior to the commencement of the construction of the building the adjacent underground electrical cable must be relocated so that no part of it will be within one metre of the aforementioned building, inclusive of its footings, upon its construction.

4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult the Manx Electricity Authority with regards to the undertaking of condition no. 3 of this approval.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
