This application seeks approval to construct an extension to the rear roof slope of Ingledene, Main Road, Foxdale. The property is a semi-detached cottage with cat slide roof to rear. The application proposes to provide additional usable space by the construction of a flat roof dormer, with 2No. windows.

The rear of the property is not readily visible and the proposal is considered to be acceptable, without detriment to residential or visual amenity.
