# Conservation Officer Discharge Report

## Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions

This is an application for Reserved Matters to discharge the Conditions 3 and 4 relating to Planning Application No. 06/00467/GB and Registered Building Consent 06/00468/CON.

The Assistant Conservation Officer visited the site in July 2006 and viewed the sample stone panel and the sample slate with a view to reporting on the discharging of Conditions 3, and 4 of the approval. We have been in correspondence with the applicant and his agent regarding these details and now consider that there is sufficient evidence to discharge Conditions 3, and 4 of application No.s 06/00467/GB and 6/00468/CON.

The sample stone panel with some amendment, and the slate sample in terms of its colour, dimension and material were found to be satisfactory.
