which was considered at a meeting held on the 27th September 1991, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 9.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, by law, order or regulation.

a) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or
b) any appeal has been completed.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 91/0197

The building(s) shall not be used for any other purpose than that indicated on the plan or in the application without the consent of the Committee.

This permission shall be deemed to be an approval in principle for a period of FOUR years only and shall not permit any development works prior to the approval of detailed information by the Committee.

Details of siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access and landscaping (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") must be included in a detailed planning application for consideration by the Planning Committee.
Note: The applicant is advised to consult thereon with the Planning Officer. The Department is not a Government and Government prior to the preparation and submission of a detailed application.

The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employment in agriculture in the Island and including also the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.

The siting of the proposed dwelling must be approximately as indicated on Drawing No 309/1/1.

The curtilage of the proposed dwelling must be no more than indicated on Drawing No 309/1/1 and the boundary of the curtilage must be formed as a traditional sod bank or hedge.

Access to the dwelling must be formed by extension of the existing driveway as indicated on Drawing No 309/1/1; and no additional access or entrance may be created.

The design of the dwelling must be generally in accordance with the guidance in Planning Circular 3/88 and Planning Circular 3/91; the applicant is advised to consult with the Architect and Planning Officer during the preparation of any detailed plans.

The roof(s) must be of a slate-like material to match the existing building to the satisfaction of the Committee. Fibre-cement slates and concrete tiles are equally unacceptable and the applicant is advised to consult the Architect and Planning Officer with regard to the acceptability of any product.
