### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to Drg. No. 00417/1 dated 10/03/06 and submitted as part of this application.

3. Prior to the erection on site, details of the material of the proposed awning must be submitted for approval by the Planning Authority.

4. The opening lights to the front elevation must be constructed in materials to match the existing windows.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
