### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.

2. This consent relates to the installation of timber sliding sash windows to replace existing as shown in drawing numbers Outlook 1, Outlook 2, Outlook 3 and Outlook 4, Outlook 5, photos and window elevation and sections date stamped 20th March 2005.

3. Prior to the commencement of the works a full photographic survey of the property is to be carried out and submitted to the Planning Authority.

This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
