Dear Sir/Madam,

## Town And Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005

In accordance with paragraph 10 of the above Order, the person appointed by the Council of Ministers to consider the application has submitted his report.

After consideration the Council of Ministers has accepted the recommendation contained in that Report and the application is approved subject to the following conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee a method statement addressing the impact on the wildlife interest of the cliffs at the rear of the site and the use of the coastal footpath adjoining the site; this statement must be prepared in consultation with the Wildlife Conservation Office of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and the Highways Division of the Department of Transport, and must include details of the timing of the works; and the works must be undertaken in accordance with the approved statement.

In accordance with paragraphs 10.3(a) and (b), a copy of the appointed person's report is enclosed. Yours faithfully,
