#### The Site

The site represents the curtilage of an existing dwelling formed from the conversion of a former stone mill.

#### Planning Status And Relevant Policies

The site lies within an area designated on the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 as of an Area of High Landscape or Coastal Value and Scenic Significance.

#### Planning History

Previously, planning approval was granted for a conservatory, dormer, roof lights and porches (PA 01/1218).

#### The Proposal

Now proposed is an amendment to the scheme approved under PA 01/1218 inasmuch as the proposed porch on the south western elevation is to be extended to meet the south western gable. This has a negligible impact on the scheme as a whole and is not objectionable.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This permission relates to the alterations and extensions of Mill House as shown in drawing reference 01/283/2b.

C 3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

C 4. The property may be used only as a private residence with office use in accordance with PA 99/1927.
