In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of stables with associated access road, creation of paddocks, dressage arena and fencing as shown in drawings reference 00 and 03 both received on 6th January, 2006 and 01/1 and 04/1 received on 13th April, 2006.

3. The existing access at the southern end of Ballaquane Road must be closed off by the continuation of the existing roadside treatment, once the new access is completed and available for use.

4. Prior to the commencement of works, the applicant must discuss with the Manx Electricity Authority the high voltage and low voltage underground cables and equipment in the area.

NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
