#### The Application Site And Proposed Development

The application site comprises of the curtilage of a detached dwelling located on Ballacollister Road in Laxey.

The proposed development comprises of the enlargement of one of the windows on the rear elevation of the dwelling.

There are no previous planning applications that I consider to be relevant to the assessment of this current planning application.

Laxey Village Commissioners have no objections to the planning application.

## Assessment

I consider the scale of the proposed development to be very minor and relatively modest. There are no adverse impacts on public or private amenity arising from the proposal. I recommend that the planning application be approved.

I consider that all parties that made representations to the planning application meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should be afforded interested party status.
