# Officer Extension Recommendation Memo

## Memorandum TO: Director of Planning and Building Control FROM: Miss Sarah Corlett, Planning Officer REF: PA 05/92275 - approval in principle for erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings with integral garages at site opposite St. Mary's Hall, Gellings Avenue, Port St. Mary DATE: 13th December, 2007 ## Extension Of Time The above application was approved for a period of two years. There were objections to the proposal from a neighbour to the rear but these were not accepted as a reason for refusing the application. The applicant has been preparing plans for the reserved matters application but is unlikely to be in a position to submit them prior to the expiry of the approval in February 2008. There have been no changes in policy which would justify a different decision in respect of the proposal and as such I would recommend that the extension of time of a further 12 months is permitted.
