In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.

2. This permission relates to the use of the premises as defined in drawing reference 05/70/01 received on 2nd December, 2005 for the sale of cold and hot drinks and cold food to be consumed on the premises. No approval is hereby granted or implied to the cooking of any food on the premises or to the installation of any ventilation or extraction equipment.

3. The premises may only be open for business between the hours of 9.30am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and at no time on Sunday.

NOTE No approval is hereby granted to the installation of any signage or advertising. Such proposals must be the subject of a further planning approval under the Advertisements Regulations before any such installation.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
