In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

**Name:** Mr & Mrs Corlett
**Proposal:** Erection of a timber conservatory on south east elevation
at:
Close Jairg
Old Church Road
Crosby
Isle Of Man
IM4 2HA

which was considered on 20 January 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

**Date of Issue:** 3rd February, 2006
**Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas**
Secretary Planning Committee

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted documents which are date-stamped 7th November 2005.

3. There must be NO discharge of surface water (including that from roofs and paved areas) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.

It is noted that the surface water from the property is to be discharged via a soakaway. The use of soakaways are subject to Building Control approval and if

this approval is not granted, the Drainage Division would not give permission for the discharge of surface water into the existing foul system and an alternative means of disposal would have to be sought.

Note: The applicant is requested to supply the Drainage Division with a copy of any Building Control Application in relation to surface water discharge from this development.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

A form and guidance notes are available from either the Planning Office, Tel 685950, or to down load from the Department’s website www.gov.im/dlge/planning/plan/advice

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
