The application proposes the installation of French doors to replace the existing large ground floor window at 7 Victoria Avenue, Onchan, which is part of a row of terraced properties within a residential area.

Onchan District Commissioners have considered the application and have recommended an approval. We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application.

The proposal would seem to be appropriate in this location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
