Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 13th December 2005.

PA05 92201 – Mr F Curphey, Brecken Bank, Tromode Woods - Conversion of existing garage to reception room

The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application subject to the condition that the number of pre-requisite number of parking spaces being retained within the site.

PA05 92237 - Robinsons Ltd, Ballapaddag, Cooil Road, Braddan - Use of area of available hardstanding to park vehicles belonging to 4WD Hire Centre for six month from approval whilst their own premises are developed

The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application subject to the condition that defined that the proposed temporary use as a car park would be limited for a period of six months from the date of the planning approval.

PA05 92244 – Miss J Cox, Flat 1, Mount Rule, Braddan - Replacement white uPVC cottage style window with external glazing bars The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. I trust the above meets with your Committee’s approval. Yours sincerely
