Re: P/A 05/01917/B Mr F Maddrell, Monacina, Fistard, Port St Mary

Port St Mary Commissioners considered the above planning application at their October 05 Board Meeting and although they have no objections to the amendments proposed, consideration must be given to the comments made by the inspecting officer of the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service which indicate that the new layout would be considered unsafe in the event of a fire.

The Commissioners would therefore recommend to the Planning Committee that a satisfactory agreement is reached between the Applicant and the Inspecting Officer prior to any decision being made in conjunction with the application.
