### Officer's Report

The planning application seeks approval for the installation of uPVC replacement windows in the front and rear elevations of a end terrace property in Ramsey. The application proposes sliding sash windows in the front elevation and a mixture of sliding sash and casements in the rear elevation.

There are no objections to the planning application and I consider the proposal to be acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
