This roadway becomes a public footpath to the west of the site. Proposed here is the construction of a detached garage to the front of the building alongside the lane. The siting is alongside trees which will be retained throughout the works. The garage is of traditional proportions and appearance and will not detract from the appearance of the remainder of the site.
