# Officer Press List Comments

If No. 6 Ashbrooks is being converted to retail unit should be getting flat horrible window replaced. Also note table and chairs in rear yard implies café not retail. [Table omitted in markdown export] This appears an overdevelopment taking up all of the site and full depth. Is the height acceptable in the context of the rest of the streets cene both from Hope St and the Harbour. [Table omitted in markdown export] Presumably intended to overcome refusal on 04/1046. Looks tight but workable. Depends on detailed assessment. [Table omitted in markdown export] First "less the 8 dwellings" application? Matter for detail but plots 1 & 7 should "address" the road. [Table omitted in markdown export] Principle acceptable but design poor for such an important single building. Discuss with Steve for more vertical emphasis possible re use of stone to clad lower level of rear wall to the lane. [Table omitted in markdown export]
