### Officer's Report

The application proposes the erection of signage at Descon Ltd, Tromode industrial Estate. The building is a mid terraced unit within the industrial estate. The sign which can be seen in the photograph will display the company logo and is a none illumined sign.

Onchan District Commissioners have considered the proposal and have recommended an approval. We have received no objections.

The proposed signage would seem appropriate in the proposed location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
