### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted drawings 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 all received on 19th September 2005.

3. Obscure glazing (Grade 5) shall be installed in the North elevation of the bathroom first floor window and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.

**NOTE** The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
