### Schedule Of Conditions:

**NOTE** The applicant is advised to contact the Fire Safety Officer as the use of the premises may fall within the scope of the Isle of Man Fire Precautions Act 1975.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
