The site represents the curtilage of an existing terraced house situated on the southern side of St. German's Place.

The property lies outwith the Conservation Area and is an unexceptional property.

Proposed here is the replacement of a rear window which is presently a timber framed single light, with a plastic-framed single light and the replacement of the existing front door with a new solid panelled one.

Previously planning permission was sought and granted for the extension of the existing hardstanding (PA 05/0867).

There is no adverse impact from this proposal and there are no objections.
