# Conservation Officer Report

The proposal is the erection of new dwelling to replace existing dwelling and extension to out building to provide storage and boiler room. Many your farm has been substantially altered in its lifetime. There is a man body of a house that could be of a considerable age, however, this manifests itself only as stone walls. A site inspection reveals that previous 'refurbishments' have been total, removing virtually all internal detailing including chimney, fireplaces, windows and even, it appears, roof timbers. Whilst loss of any fabric signed "A" 1944 date of age (potentially 17th) Summary of objections / views century is a great shame, there is little of interest left. The proposal is for a new Georgian villa or within landscaped grounds. ~~Whilst not of any person the architectural treatment is in the main, that that can be found elsewhere in the island. The principle of replacement is similar to that at Arragon Mosar.~~ Signed: [Signature] Date 12/12/5. DOLGE Planning/11/2004/as
