This permission relates to the alterations as set out in the plans submitted with the planning application noted in the proposal.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the replacement of the rooflight and installation of windows as shown in drawing AT 758.1 and the photographs all received on 29th September, 2005.

3. The new windows must match the existing in frame section and finish.

4. No approval is hereby granted to the replacement of the steel trusses which support the rooflight.

5. This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
