The application seeks approval to allow the additional use of a detached dwelling in Maughold as tourist accommodation.

I can see no reason why the use as tourist accommodation would cause any problems and due to its separation from any neighbouring properties do not see any need to limit length of any individual let. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
