[Table omitted in markdown export] Principle acceptable but lots of the detail is wrong and we need to assess the nature of the changes to both Malew Street & Arbory Street – Large dominant new build/extensions out of scale with streetscene. Please arrange discussion with myself and Steve Moore – an important scheme but one that needs working on e.g. need existing floor plans to establish extent of demolition and rebuild. [Table omitted in markdown export] Poor design to Old Castletown Road. Also plan of shop shows roller shutters but elevation shows a window. Clarify "shop" use. Need conditions because description is industrial but answers to Question 16 is a mixed use. Vehicle repair is not industrial etc. [Table omitted in markdown export] Ok, but note two different lower ground floor plans. **Principle appear ok.** Photos needed of external appearance, conditions no external alterations, permission is needed for any signs. Take careful note of any representations from Commissioners / local residents regarding description of location of site.
