The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations will be forwarded to the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and the Environment as the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.

### No adverse traffic impacts subject to the imposition of the following condition(s):

1. Parking arrangements on site shall comply with the provision of Manx Roads 1.
2. Sight splays shall be provided in compliance with Manx Roads 1.

### Reason:

1. To ensure adequate access and vehicle parking facilities and in the interests of road safety.
