# Officer Planning Report

## Planning Report And Recommendations [Table omitted in markdown export] [Table omitted in markdown export] [Table omitted in markdown export] ### Considerations [Table omitted in markdown export] ### Written Representations ### Consultations ### Policy

### Officer's Report

1. The site comprises the curtilage of a terraced house (Number 68) on Derby Road.
2. Within the Conservation Area.
3. Proposed is the installation of a replacement front-door – “American Rosewood PVC”.
4. This would be disappointing within a Conservation Area – perhaps the Conservation Section can persuade the applicant to do better. Refer to Mr S Moore.

See photograph – the work has already been done. There are others, but Number 74 is how it ought to be. Inclined to refuse.
