### Reasons For Refusal:

1. The proposed doorway, and in particular the bland fan-light and side-lights are out of keeping with the original architecture and would not preserve or enhance the appearance of the Conservation Area.

2. It is noted that this work has already been undertaken. Accordingly, there should be submitted within one month of this notice taking effect, a scheme for restoring the original appearance of the doorway.

3. This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
