1. See HA letter of 11/8 (rec'd & 12/8), now recommending approval subject to conditions. 2. I, accordingly, now recommend approval. Any external changes to the building, including signage, should form the subject of further application(s). 1. The site comprises the curtilage of The Nook at The Quarterbridge 2. The existing use, at ground-floor level, is for the storage and display of garage doors, and at first-floor level, as a flat. 3. The building is Reg'd. QB Road is a Principal Traffic Route. 4. Proposed is use of the ground-floor as a "sunbed and beauty salon". The upper-floor use would, I assume, remain as a flat.
