### Officer's Report

The application seeks approval to replace an existing glazed conservatory roof with a tiled roof to match the existing roof on a detached dwelling in Onchan. The proposal will result in the rear elevation of the roof coming down from the ridge to cover the conservatory.

There are no objections to the planning application and I consider that the proposal is relatively modest. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
