## Compliance With Conditions ### Item For Planning Committee Consideration **TO:** Secretary of the Planning Committee **FROM:** Anthony Holmes, Planning Officer **DATE:** 5th September 2005 --- **PA 05/01123/B – Conversion of existing bungalow into two semi-detached bungalows, 61 Lhon Vane Close, Onchan.** The Planning Committee are requested to consider a submission made in respect on condition no. 4 of the above approved planning application. Condition no. 4 states: > "Prior to the commencement of development details of the front and rear boundary fencing must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority." The submission details that hit and miss timber fencing to a maximum height of two metres will be used to separate the rear boundaries and a dwarf stone wall will be used in the front in order to maintain an open plan feel. I am satisfied that this submission meets the requirements of the conditions and is a satisfactory solution. I recommend that the submission be accepted as meeting the requirements of the condition. *PC RESOLVED TO DISCHARGE CONDITION, AH 5/9/05* *9/9/05 AH*
